Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction

This OFQUAL regulated qualification provides the knowledge and skills to enable learners to plan, deliver and evaluate safe and effective sessions. This qualification will provide entry onto the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 2 and can be achieved in the context of gym, exercise to music, water-based exercise and physical activity for children.

Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training

This OFQUAL regulated gives learners the knowledge and skills to work with individual and groups of client in a personal training setting. Successful achievement of the qualification will allow the learner to gain employment within an organisational setting of alternatively in a self-employed environment. It also provides access onto The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level 3.


Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Personal Training

The OFQUAL regulated  NVQ Diploma in Personal Training is on the Qualifications and Credit Framework.

This qualification underpins the role of a Personal Trainer and enables learners to prove competence in the workplace. This qualification gives learners the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills to work with individual and groups of clients in a personal training setting.

Content includes: smart marketing, effective sales methods, taster sessions, training techniques and business planning. Also for the first time in the UK, a business course which shows you how to use social media such as facebook and twitter. It also offers solid steps and guidance on building your own website.

Enhanced Kettlebells

The kettlebell is a cast iron weight used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular strenght and flexibility training. 


Unlike traditional dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand. This facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell exercises build strenght and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders. Our course will teach you kettlebell movements such as the swing, snatch, clean and jerk. It will also teach you advanced level 3 kettlebell training systems.

Suspension Training

Suspension or strap training is a type of bodyweight exercise in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. 


By incorporating specially modified straps with exercise, we aim to teach you how to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspended Strap Training can be considered a type of resistance training and can be done using straps, ropes, resistance bands and suspension trainers.
