Practical development days have been designed to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to be able to instruct a range of exercises and activities to prepare you for the level 2 and level 3 qualification practical assessments at a UK national training centre.
You will learn the following:

· CV exercise
· Body weight exercise
· Warm up and cool down components
· Pre and post workout stretching
Level 3 PT
· Advanced training methods
· Cardiovascular training methods
· PNF stretching
